2010 Mobile Dashboard Application


Concept development (wireframe, prototype and test) and implementation of mobile
web application for internal enterprise use.

2010 Vattenfall Group Intranet


Technical Project Manger: concept development for realisation of personalised
intranet with focus on collaboration. Managed two developers.

2009 Crisis Information Dashboard


Designed, developed, and implemented information dashboard for Crisis
Information within Vattenfall. Flexible system that utilized widgets, Google Maps and
RSS feeds to present information.

2009 - 2008 Online Collaboration Services


Project Manager: developed portfolio of enterprise collaboration services including
wiki, blog and project workroom. Responsible for the strategy, education and
management of these services as part of enterprise content management program.

2007 - 2008 Search Engine Strategy / Implementation


Project manager: led project to procure and install search engine - Oracle SES- for
all internal and external websites. Developed strategy - country organisations,
reporting and keywords - for effective use of search function.

2006 - 2007 Corporate Web Content Management System


Project manager: implementation of a corporate wide Web Content Management
(WCM) Tool - Opentext. Project implemented one WCM system for management of
websites in five countries. Developed an organization for the long term effective
steering and development of the system.
2005 Web Statistics
Project Manager: implemented group wide installation of web statistics package,
Webtrends 8. Created a strategy for use of statistics and acted as liaison to
organisation to ensure web statistic where being maximised.

2003 Customer Service Strategy (Sales)


Participated in project to develop customer service strategy and implement IT
system support – SAP ISU. Responsible for information gathering and analysis of
private customer sales processes.

2002 IT Strategy and Infrastructure (Group)


Project Manger: led ten-person project team in three countries through initial
analysis to final recommendations. Co-ordinated with corporate managers to
translate business goals into strategic e-business and IT initiatives. Reported
directly to corporate CIO and executive management.
2000 - 2001 Internal e-business and Online Strategy (Sales)
Project Manager: for business unit IT and e-business strategy project. Led multi-
person team from initial idea generation though final analysis and recommendation.
Acted as internal resource in the implementation of online activities within sales
department.
2001 Intranet Solution for Key Customers
Project Manager: led four-person project team to implement customer extranet -
Affärsmedia. Solution utilised by 50 corporate customers through Scandinavia.

2000 Company Telephone Directory


Led four person team to create a company telephone directory for over 30 000
employees. Team developed an infrastructure to collect data from various data
sources – SAP, Active Directory and telephone switchboard – and present results
through an intranet application. Reported to the director of Internal
Communications.

1998 - 1999 Intranet Webmaster for Vattenfall Development


Responsible for all content creation, news, images and functional development for
