Peshawar Youth Organization (PYO), is a local organization that promotes awareness among
students and young professionals in relation to ethical implications of the society and help
them in defining their role in the society. The motto of the organization is to minimize
harmful habits and unhealthy practices and to enhance the confidence building measures
among the youth so that they can play a pulsating and energetic role for the betterment the
society.

Keeping in view the thirst of youth and the fact that the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are
lacking awareness, education, economic opportunity, infrastructure, good governance and
basic health facilities which are some of the contributing factors towards political integration
and social change, a group of students who realized their importance and who defined their
role in the society stood up and originate Peshawar Youth Organization, which works for the
betterment of the Youth of our Peshawar because, we feel that our youth are our most
valuable resource. They will become our future leaders, they will inherit our world, they will
choose to adopt or adapt our systems and they will create initiatives that may perhaps be
beyond our wildest imaginings.

Vision
To exterminate social evils and to boost the confidence building measures among our youth
so that they can play a vibrant and energetic role for the betterment and uplift of the society
with the help of new ideas and innovations.

Devolpment of Leadership Potential (D.L.P)
Devolpment of leadership potential or DLP originated from an idea of empowering and
focusing the young minds of youth towards a goal and guide them to achieve the goals and
targets they set or have in sub concious mind. DLP stresses upon the very basic self esteem and
them take that particpant to leadership skills that can help make big difference in future life. A
young boy or a girl passing out from school to college or passing out frm college lacks the ability
to make a correct decision or have no knowledge of the life ahead due to very common reason
not knowing their inner abilities and skills that they are blessed with and if they do know about
skills gifted then they do not know how to convert them in to moving force that’s when DLP
comes to rescue the young force DLP is equipped with lectures, activities to help understand the
delived message. DLP is a 2 day program including fun based activites and lectures.

 Creative games and energizers
 Assessing and removing self created barriers
 Realizing your skill and make making them your strengths
 Changing the viewpoint
 Using failure to achieve success
