Service -1 Clean the module compartment and vertical busbar

Lift the shutter and check engagement area in the

riser for any pitting.
Clean the riser surface and apply thin film of

neutral grease at the engagement area
4 Check movement of shutters
5 Clean the tray surface
Service -2 Check outgoing fixed contacts and tightness of its connection joints
Inspect the engagement point in the outgoing
1
fixed contact for any pitting
Check whether the backelite housing is cracked or
2
not
Clean the surface of the cu-contact and apply thin
3
film of neutral grease
Check the tighness of the power cable/busbar
4
connections to these contacts
Service -3 Check tightness of main busbar joint

Tighten the joint of main,neutral and earth buses
1
and check control bus connections
2 tightness and Check all breaker connection joints,

busduct termination and cable lug joints.
3 Check space heater circuit
4
Check insulation resistance of busbars and record

Visual check of power contacts after removing arc

Clean the thermal overload relay and its terminals

with dry cloth and brush

Check mechanical working of the resetting
3 arrangement with reset chord and button and
record detail of any defect
Check working of 'pressed to test button' is ok or

not.
5 Check the continuity of the auxiliary contact

during on-off operation of ACB
