Three people in charge.

Activities: Responsible of local accounting (Mexican company) and


participation in French and Honk Hong subsidiaries accounting.
Attention to local financial audit (Deloitte, E&Y). Daily interaction with
financial workmates in Headquarters (Shenzhen, China). Tax working
sheets and reporting. Financial and controlling support to Americas
financial workmates (in Guatemala, Colombia and Chile). Daily
supervision of internal controls such as purchasing-AP-Payments and
Invoicing.

Main achievements:
a) Full clearance of general ledger accounts (especially bank and
intercompany reconciliations, AP clearance, VAT, reserves and
accounts in general) and design of accounting flows and
