On or about January 1,2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian Cole did unlawfully and
knowingly give alcoholic liquor to [a juvenile], a person who is under the age of 21,
Brian Cole not then being the parent or guardian of [the juvenile].

SEX ABUSE IN THE THIRD DEGREE
ORS 163.415
Class A Misdemeanor

On or about September 16, 2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian Cole did unlawfully
and knowingly subject [a juvenile] to sexual contact by causing [the juvenile] to touch
Brian Cole's penis and groin area, a sexual or intimate part of the defendant, the said
victim, [a juvenile], not consenting thereto.

SEX ABUSE IN THE THIRD DEGREE

Class A Misdemeanor

On or about September 16, 2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian Cole did unlawfully
and knowingly subject [a juvenile] to sexual contact. by touching [the juvenile's],
vaginal and groin area, a sexual or intimate part of [the juvenile]. the said victim, [a
juvenile], not consenting thereto.

Class A Misdemeanor

Between October 1, 2009 through October 30, 2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian
Cole did unlawfully and knowingly subject [a juvenile] to sexual contact by causing
[the juvenile] to touch Brian Cole's penis and groin area, a sexual or intimate part of the
defendant, the said victim, [a juvenile], not consenting thereto.

Class A Misdemeanor

Between October 1,2009 through October 3D, 2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian
Cole did unlawfully and knowingly subject [a juvenile] to sexual contact, by touching
[the juvenile's], vaginal and groin area, a sexual or intimate part of [the juvenile], the said
victim, [a juvenile], not consenting thereto.

PROVIDING LIQUOR TO A PERSON UNDER 21

Class A Misdemeanor
On or about October 31, 2009, in Baker County, Oregon, Brian Cole did unlawfully and
knowingly give alcoholic liquor to [a juvenile], a person who is under the age of 21,
Brian Cole not then being the parent or guardian of [the juvenile].
