Light Work

The Light Work miniature projection module can

be used to create novel display solutions for a
wide variety of applications.
Our patented technology called holographic laser projection or
HLP™ offers designers and engineers a flexible development
platform and a unique opportunity to create real product
differentiation. The module complements existing display
portfolios and offers WVGA resolution. An industry-standard
LVDS interface allows for ease of integration.

Creating Design Differentiation

Holographic laser projection technology delivers: Light Work Module
Part Number: LW1010S
 Front and rear projection capabilities
 The ability to project onto simple or complex curved surfaces
 Images always in focus, at any projection distance
 Large images at short throw-distances, minimising equipment dimensions
 High-quality WVGA resolution and highly saturated colours
 Zero pixel defects in the projected image
 Low power consumption, permitting battery operation if required

Application Examples
Designers and engineers can adopt a more creative approach to display solutions:

 New human machine interfaces

 Structured lighting for industrial assembly and manufacturing
 Innovative architectural lighting and configurable signage
 Advertising and point-of-sale displays
 High brightness symbols and graphics

Application Programming Interface (API)

A built-in API controls a number of configurable parameters:

 Programmable geometry for projecting onto curved surfaces

 Programmable gamma and colour gamut
 Programmable resolution QVGA to WVGA
 Access via a 3-pin RS232 service port
