Dear Sir,

OFFER OF APPOINTMENT

We are pleased to offer you an appointment as a COMMERCIAL

COORDINATOR in our Organization on the following terms and
conditions

1. Your appointment shall be on contract basis, for a period of two (2)

years and you are to resume immediately

2. You will be on probation for a period of six months, after which your
appointment shall be confirmed subject to satisfactory conduct of
your duties. However, it is to be understand that your appointment
is confirmed after six months, unless you are specifically advised of
short comings

3. Your employment is on bachelor status and you will be paid a

monthly salary of =N= 85, 000 per month.

4. You will be provided with a furnished accommodation, free utilities

(gas, electricity and water) a paid house help and a well-maintained
car and driver

5. You may be transferred to any of the units within the group either
on part or full time basis at the discretion of the Management.

6. You will be entitled to free medical treatment in Nigeria as per rules

of the company, except for any chronic illness suffered by you,
dental treatments and eyeglasses.

7. You are entitled to 30 (Thirty) Days leave after every 12 months and
the company will pay for the cost of your 2 –way economy class air
tickets to your place. You will be paid your offshore salary during
your leave period whereas local salary will not be paid.
8. You will be required to give 1 (one) month notice if you wish to
resign your appointment during the probation period. You will also
bear the cost of your air ticket both ways as well as all other
visa/immigration charges.

9. The company reserves to itself the right to determine your

employment without any notice during the probation period.

10. A 3-month notice is required on either side to determine this

appointment after confirmation. In this instance, you will also be
required to bear the cost of your one-way air ticket if the
determination occurs within one year of your employment.

11. On leaving the services of the company, you are not expected to
work in any related business in Nigeria for a period of one year.

12. You shall not disclose the confidential matters relating to the
company’s business during and after your period of employment.

13. Your employment may be summarily terminated for misconduct,

gross negligence or flagrant disobedience of company’s rules and
regulations. The decision of the company will be final and binding.

GENERAL MANAGER in our company and would require him to
come to Nigeria and pick up this appointment.

STR VISA to enable him come to Nigeria and join our company.

Dear Sir,

Further to our letter appointing you as a GENERAL MANAGER in our

organization, we are pleased to inform you that the Offshore Component
of your salary shall be $ 4,000(United State Dollars Four Thousand), per
month and will be revised upwards to $ 4,500 (United State Dollar Four
Thousand Five Hundred), per Month, after sixth or Seventh months.

Kindly note that whenever you are on leave, you will be entitled to only
the Offshore Component of your salary, while the local salary component
will not be paid. In addition, the company will bear the cost of your
economy class airfare ticket to your place.

Please sign a duplicate copy of this letter to indicate your acceptance of

the terms of this letter.
