Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is valid from July 15, 2010 to July 14, 2011.

2. This Offer is valid for all Citibank Card Members whose accounts are valid and in
good standing.

3. A Citibank Card Member/Members for the purpose of this Offer means a person
holding a credit/debit card issued by/from Citibank.

4. This Offer is valid only on box office bookings done on Friday for Friday Movie
shows ( time consideration 0000 hrs to 2400 hrs). A maximum of 2500 combos are
available under this offer per month on a first come first serve basis.

5. During the period of this Offer, Card Members using their Citibank Credit/Debit Cards
for the purpose of purchasing movie tickets from PVR, will be entitled for a free popcorn
and Pepsi combo on each ticket.

6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers that may be available to Citibank
Card Members under any other prevailing scheme or offer.

7. PVR & Citibank are not responsible for any personal health negligence arising due to
known pre-existing food allergies or intake of food advised by physician to abstain from.

8. Offer valid only on the date on which the movie ticket has been purchased.

9. This Offer is brought to you solely by PVR.

10. Citibank/Diners Club is not making this offer, holds no warranty and is not
representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality
of the offer and/or products/services under the Offer.

11. Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or

quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in
writing, by the Card Member directly to PVR and Citibank/Diners Club will not entertain
any communication in this regard.

12. Citibank/Diners Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may
be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Card Member, directly
or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the Offer.

13. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

14. Citibank reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice.
15. Citibank reserves the right at any time , without prior notice, to add/alter
/modify/change or vary all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part,
this Offer by other offer(s), whether similar to this Offer or not , or to withdraw it
altogether.

16. This Offer are only valid on payment with Citibank Credit Card issued in India only.
Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Card Member to Citibank
from usage of the Citibank Credit Card by the Card Member under this Offers and/or
otherwise will be governed by detailed Citibank Card member Terms and Conditions.

17. The above Terms & Conditions need to be read in conjunction with the detailed

18. Dispute, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
