PREFACE
This Project has been prepared during my summer training in Axis Bank Ltd, As the topic is
Study of Modern Banking & People's Perception Towards Its Services, I found this project very
interesting and educative. By working on these project, my knowledge increases with ongoing
banking activities and got a practical aspect of banking.
With the growing popularity of banks, most of the people are involving in this, before entering in
to the bank one should know the correct scene of bank, one should have an overview of how
these activities operate etc.
Keeping these things in mind, It is the matter of great privilege and satisfaction for me to place
this report before the readers. The report is prepared in very simple language using very
systematic research methodology. And i hope this will give light upon the Subject.
I have tried my best to make an objective appraisal of all available data and draw conclusion on
that basis.

Summer training is the one of the important part of MBA course, which has helped me to learn a
lot of experience, which will be beneficial in my succeeding career.
