Part 1, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom

Canada is founded on PRINCIPLES that RECOGNIZES the

SUPREMACY OF GOD and THE RULE OF LAW

52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the
provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.
31. Nothing in this Charter extends the legislative powers of any body or authority.
32. (1) This Charter applies (a) to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the
authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and (b)
to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the
legislature of each province.

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal
benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or
ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

I have attached copies of Lawyer File #1-12 which are evidence of corruption and conspiracy within the various government offices
in the Province of Ontario addressed within the files.

I have a prodigious amount of evidence to support these 12 files but the files themselves support that which I state.

Considering the importance of the matters contained within and the fact they have all been provided with the evidence contained
within for months now and have declined to act in support of the Constitution of Canada and considering they have been financed by
the people in Canada to administer THE LAW according to the Constitution which is the supreme law of Canada and the guarantee
of our Charter rights which the people have fought and died and paid for with their blood and sweat and financed the entire system as
required under THE LAW we expect precisely that which we have paid for.

When you have read these documents you will understand and I request you act responsibly according to the spirit of the
Constitution, the spirit of God and the people who strive to keep the spirit, to bring these people to true justice.

The Toronto Sun File dated October 8 2006 provides the evidence which proves beyond any doubt that serious crimes were
committed and Lawyer Files #s 1- 12 prove beyond any doubt the people involved in the conspiracy
