The course “Interaction Styles” from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School1 is
an online e-learning course, in technical cooperation with the University of Drexel
(Philadelphia).
This course is a preparation for the social skills seminar of the students of the Vlerick
Leuven Gent Management School.
Please take your time to go through this handbook. It will help you to start up and to
use the online system.
Some information
The MBA Online campus is the term used to refer to the course management system
through which online course Web sites are delivered and maintained. This system is
powered by software provided by a third-party vendor, Bb Vista, and thus it may also
be referred to as the Bb Vista system. From time to time you will receive important
messages from the MBA Online campus administrator or from Bb Vista directly
concerning system downtime or changes.

• To login to Bb Vista, visit: http://learning.drexel.edu.
• You must run the Browser Check.
o Be sure your Java is up to date (www.java.com)
o Be sure your pop up settings are correct
Navigation
For the most part, navigating a course is straightforward.
By clicking the Course Content button at the top, you can display a navigational course
menu.
To begin, you should choose one of the core components of the course. They do not have
to be taken sequentialy, but it is recommended.
Notice the menu is located on the left hand side. Here you can access
content from the folders in the course.

• In the Safari browser, use the Command + k key combo to toggle the pop-up
blocker on or off.
• In Firefox, OS X users should add the URL, http://learning.dcollege.net, for their
Bb Vista entry page to the list of allowed sites. You can do that by selecting
Preferences in the Firefox menu, selecting the Content tab, selecting the Allowed
Sites button and pasting in the URL of the course entry page.
• In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Pop up Blocker > Pop Up Blocker Settings.
Add the URL, http://learning.dcollege.net, to Address of Web site to allow
section.
• Pop-up blocking functions are included in some anti-virus, internet security,
personal firewall, and browser programs. Disable the relevant setting in the
program or set your Bb Vista server as an allowed site.
