various modules developed across India, Germany and US (around 400 people across multiple sites), using the
Agile Scrum development methodology. I worked for the Orders and Medication module within Soarian®

Using Scrum, Soarian® follows an iterative, strictly time-boxed delivery model. Each iteration of the process
(a Sprint, in Scrum lingo and is usually 30 days) finishes with a shippable incremental product release (Sprint
goal). This Sprint goal is presented to the customer in a Sprint review meeting, which serves as the basis for
planning the next Sprint.

I have served in a variety of roles, sometimes simultaneously - Scrum Master, Module Coordinator, and
Software Engineer.

of time, priorities, updates – across various development streams - are clear to the team. Also, work

that team successes are highlighted across the board and celebrated.
