Description of the Patient:

When I approached Tatay Jose, he just finished to take a bath and fixed himself.
He is cooperative and he answers my questions appropriately. He appears healthy and
well groomed. I noticed that while we we’re talking to each other, he have a lonely
appearance. He speaks clearly and when a question asked to him, he answers the
question directly with elaborating his answer further. When I smiled at him, he smiles
also, but mostly he has no reaction while talking.
