50 Keywords That Can Ruin Your Resume

If you are looking for a job change and are aiming to write an eye-catching resume, this may surprise
buzzwords you use in your CV could actually ruin your chances of getting that dream job.

According to Karen Burns, the author of the illustrated career advice book The Amazing Adventures o
Career Advice You Can Actually Use, these words are simply “vague”. It makes your resume look like

You want your resume to stand out. The best way to sell yourself is to show, don’t tell. Explain you
rather than spouting them off in trite ways. So check your resume for these boilerplate words and p
them, replace them–or at the very least, elaborate upon them — with real-life, specific examples.

Hr persons actually hate these things if u write in the resume, u have 2 show these things at the interview time by interaction. any
comes 2 proove those values they actually fail.

1. Your Objective for joining any company should be more transparent. So, elaborate your choice/interest. Like in Sale
etc…..
2. Also, elaborate your Work Experience (Nature of duties performed in past) in details.
3. Industrial training is never been a part of work experience. So, Industrial training must be a part of LIVE PROJECTS
Industrial training (in 3-4 Lines).
4. Achievement are of two types. One is Professional and another is Academic. So do separate in your CV.
5. Put 2-3 strong references (preferably from Industry / College ) to build up your candidature.

I think he is pointing out - do not write too many adjectives about yourself, just focus on your skills, qualification and experience in
great team player or a born leader will be reflected in your personality when you are interviewed.

Bottom Line is - Do Not Lie about any thing. But if you really good at something, don't forget to mention that. If we do not include these
nothing to talk about. The Interviewer is taking the interview because he need to hire. He might follow the rejection principal but who kn
