Executive Summary
Hello and thank you for reading TEEN Hunt Recruiters Executive Summary. Let me tell you a
little about who I am. I am TEEN Hunt; I am an employment agency for teenagers. I am new to
the scene and there is no other company quite like me. I am a smart, new, invigorating company
that has a powerful plan of success.
I plan to hit the market by force. My goal is to teach, develop and empower teenagers to make
positive decisions that build careers. My partner Calvin McCoy, who will be owning and operating
me, has done a great deal of research and have found that 98% of staffing agencies do not have a
department that deals with teenagers. Teenagers do want to work, and they want an opportunity. I
give them a chance to invest in their own future, by not only finding them jobs, but I take them
through Pre-Employment Interviews, Computer Training, Resume Writing Classes, Business Plan
Writing Classes, and Business Etiquette Classes.
One of our main objectives is to keep our teens off the streets, out of trouble, and get them
actively working. After much research we have found that the biggest problem with
teenagers is they do not have enough to do, so they become idle and that can lead them into
making bad decisions and bad choices. So by finding employment for these teens it points
them in a more positive direction. Our slogan simply states “Let’s Go To Work.”
The purpose of this Business Plan is to, 1) Obtain a bank loan for working capital; or 2) Secure a
line of credit for start-up and working capital; or 3) Locate an investor or investment company
willing to invest in TEEN Hunt. TEEN Hunt Recruiters plans to exceed an average of $70,000 a
year in sales. We have calculated the amount for start-up costs and reached a total of $60,000.00.
Below is a break down analysis of our need and proposed payback period.

Overview
TEEN Hunt Recruiters is an employment agency for Teenagers. We plan to open our first
office in September.
What we do:
The purpose of TEEN Hunt Recruiters is to find employment for High School teenagers
from the age of 15-19 years old.
Why we do it:
Our concern is for our teenagers, our company wants to keep our teens off the streets, out
of trouble, and get them actively working. After much research we have found that the
biggest problem with teenagers, is they do not have enough to do, so they become idle and
that can lead to them making bad decisions and bad choices. So by finding employment for
these teens it points them in a more positive direction
What we do costs your company no money at all. Our services are set up just like any
staffing agency, only thing is that we do all the recruiting and you hire our teens. We only
ask that you open 3-5 positions in your company for us to fill.
We come to your location, find out your employment needs and what you are looking for
and we fill your positions at no cost to you. Our recruiting fees come from the teens or
their parents. We charge a $200.00 fee, and it guarantees that teenager a job within 30
days. With that fee, we post ads on Internet Job boards, in the AJC, and at local High
schools. We interview the teens and get them ready for the interview with your company.
By charging the $200.00 fee, we make the teens invest in their own future, and it motivates
them not to quit their jobs, to be dedicated, and it keeps the parents of the teens pushing
their teens to work.

Marketing Plan
TEEN Hunt Recruiters plans to hit the market by force. With so many teenagers ready for
work, reaching them will be not be a hard task. Flyers at local High Schools and word of
mouth will be the largest form of advertisement to applicants. Our biggest challenge will be
reaching the employers and creating a trusting relationship. We feel by advertising through
radio and T.V. Commercials, this will give us a more legitimate image to our potential clients.
Human Resources can be one of the most tedious jobs for employers to do, by offering most
of our services to our employers for little or no cost; this allows us to build a great
communicative relationship with our clients.
Another target audience are the parents of the teenagers. Most parents want their teenagers to
work. It keeps their teen out of trouble, teaches them responsibility, and it put money in their
pockets. Most parents concerned will be, “will the job interfere with school work? We have
set guidelines in place with our employers to work with teenagers still in high school.
However, we cannot guarantee to the parents that the job will not interfere with school. That
does depend on the teenager.
After doing a considerable amount of research in the Gwinnett County, GA area, we have
found that 85% of parents would pay the $200.00 registration fee, if their teenager can get
actively employed. Most parents stated that the additional income can help cut their costs,
because the teenager will be able to purchase things they need.
We at TEEN Hunt Recruiters are positive that our marketing techniques will push this
company into opening additional locations in less than two years.
