cocktails
Whether they be cobblers, noggs, smashes, slings, rickeys,
flips, eye-openers, moustache twisters or even coprse revivers;
our attitude towards cocktails is simple – you can’t make good
from bad.
We’ve omitted some truly great drinks from our menu in the
interests of a snappy read. If you have a particular favourite
that you don’t see listed, just ask. We can make pretty much
anything.
No. 3 London Dry Gin finely balanced with Cocchi Americano Aperitif, Cointreau,
freshly squeezed lemon juice and four (no more no less) drops of Parisian Absinthe.
Served neat and ice cold with a cherry. This is a rare alchemic cocktail that creates
new flavours in the sum of its parts – any gin fan must try one of these.
