Communism is alive and well in America today

There is one agenda of the elites in Washington,DC, and those who control the World
Monetary Fund, make all people of the world equal, EQUALLY POOR... The World Bank already
controls the third world countries. Now, they have set their sites on the "Western Culture Middle
Class", which is the only thing that stands in the way of World domination and a one world
government. The plan was laid many years before most of us were born, and those who
orchestrated the plan would not live to see it carried out, yet, the plan is being carried out and we
are seeing it being fulfilled like clockwork... It does not matter who holds the power base in
Congress, be it Democrat or Republican, as long as one party controls one or both the Senate and
the House of Representatives, it doesn't matter who controls the Congress, they continue toward
socialism... We will keep getting more of the same as long as the incumbents hold their seats. Start
over with a clean slate with people who will do our bidding instead of that of big government and
special interest. Currently, our government and the other nations of the world are controlled by the
World Bank. As long as the Federal Reserve is allowed to exist, We The People will never regain
control of Our Government. There is no easy fix unless We The People unite under the banner of
freedom and uplift and uphold the Constitution as it was written at it's founding. I doubt that most
of the citizens of The United States Of America have ever read "The Federalist Papers", which
outlines and explains how and why our Founding Fathers worded this God inspired document we
call "The Constitution of the United States of America". Better yet, EVERYONE should read "The
Communist Manifesto".

Karl Marx co-authored with Frederich Engels the Communist Manifesto which outlines Ten Planks
that would be a "TEST" whether a country has become communist or not. I will give the 10 planks,
and the American counterpart:

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.

The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution (1868) and various zoning, school and property
taxes, and also the Bureau of Land Management. If you do not pay your property tax that goes for a
Public Purpose, "schools", your home will be sold for taxes owed... You are therefore a RENTER, and
the state is the receiver of your rent - PROPERTY TAX!!! "Less than 20 years after the "Communist
Manifesto" was published."

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

The 16th Amendment of the US Constitution (1913) created a graduated income tax.

3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.

The Federal and State Estate Tax (1916)

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

 Or government seizures, tax liens,Public law 99-570 (1986), Executive Order 11490, sections
1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development, the imprisonment
of terrorists and those who speak or write against the government "Crime/Terrorist Bill, 1997);
last but not least, the IRS confiscation of property without due process...

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital
and an exclusive monopoly.

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 created the Federal Reserve System which creates money out
of nothing; the concept of usury as the payment of interest on pretended loans; the true cause of the
hidden tax called inflation; the way in which the Fed creates boom-bust cycles.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.

The Communications Act of 1934 which mandates the Federal Communications Commission
and the Department of Transportation. The Interstate Commerce Commission of 1938, The Federal
Aviation Administration and Executive Orders 11490, 10999 as well as State mandated drivers
license all serve to regulate and control centralized communication and transportation. May I add
that the Federal Government wants a National Identification number...

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into
cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common
plan.

Corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act, the Department of Agriculture, Department of
Commerce, Department of Labor, the Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency,
Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, the National Park Service,
and the IRS all control business through corporate regulations.

8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 sparked the creation of inflation through Fiat currency and
interest on our National Debt created the need for two income family's. The Social Security
Administration and the Department of Labor... The 19th Amendment of the US Constitution, the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, Socialist Union Labor organizations, affirmative action, Federal Public
Works Program, and Executive Order 11000 have all caused women to enter and remain in the
workforce competing with men.

The United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9,
1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent.
H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard
and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official
capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and

Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal

Government exists today in name only. The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the
International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary
Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto
status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of
Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of
government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an
established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted
and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the
Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads
in part: "The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United
States." The Social Security Tax is in fact payment towards this debt...

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction

between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country.

The Planning Reorganization Act of 1949, zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) super Corporate
Farms, Executive Orders 11647, 11731, and Public Law 89-136.

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its
present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

John Dewey, a Socialist and co-author and signer of the "Humanist Manifesto", in his march
toward communism is the father of our failing Socialist indoctrinating school system. People are
forced to pay taxes to support the so called public school system that train our young to work and
support the communal debt system. (Department of Education, National Education Association
(Socialist Teachers Union), Outcome Based Education).

Frederich Engels wrote that if you could remove a people from their roots, they could be easily
swayed to your point of view.

Communism is alive and well in America today. Remember the "TEST" of whether a country had
become communist or not? Through the words of Karl Marx, "If all the planks are in effect and in
force, the country IS communist. Communism by any other name is still communism". We as
Americans are the most naive people among the nations. We believe that because the Berlin Wall
and the Iron Curtain have been removed that Communism is dead...The truth is to be more
"politically correct" Communism has just switched names to be now called "INTERNATIONAL
DEMOCRACY". Do you think the elites have achieved their planned objective to communize the
West, including America? Because we have believed the lies of our leaders who applaud the fall of
Communism and the Berlin Wall, all while they have sold out our Nation to anti-Christian, anti-
American values, through multiculturalism, unjust laws and regulations on the federal, state, and
local levels. Washington, DC, has become part of the "New World Order of ATHEIST
GOVERNMENTS", and by removing "God and Christian Law" from American Government, there no
longer remains a threat of resistance against world communism. "We became part of the Iron
Curtain, dismissing any more need for the "Berlin Wall".

This Nation is a Christian Nation, founded on Judeo Christian beliefs, that derive from the
complementary ideas of free will, the moral accountability of the individual rather than the group,
the spiritual imperative of imperfect man’s struggle to do what is right and the existence of true
moral law in the teachings of Christ and the Jewish prophets. Along with the Declaration of
Independence and the Constitution, they are the political and cultural heritage of the Founding
Fathers. The declaration and the Constitution define the source and the limits of state power. But
they do not tell us how a moral life within this society should be led. While they have provided a
durable structure for America’s success, only Judeo-Christian values, freely held by the majority,

seven days you can and should exercise your right as a citizen and vote. You should also remember
that a Constitutional Conservative Republic demands that you think for yourself, stand upright with
you head held high knowing that you were created in the image of "God", and you do not need
anyone to think for you, that you make your own decisions and your own mistakes in life, and you
and you alone "OWN" those decisions of triumph or mistake. And if you make a mistake, that just
means you have another chance to get it right. And for those of you who don't know or understand
what our Socialist President and his Left-Wing cohorts are doing and want to do to this country,
look what the last two years have unfolded; through varies legislation and other actions, Obama's
socialist government has gained control over the banking industry, finance, automotive, energy and
health care. It is all about control... The bigger the government, the more it owns, the more it
controls, with less freedom and liberty for you, the American Public. It is time to take back our
Republic, and our individual sovereignty. It is not a time for revolt but a time for unity under the
banner of truth and freedom that only comes by the "One True God and Savior, King Jesus", on
which this nation was founded. May His name be forever praised and may He give us victory over
the oppressors, the "New World Order of ATHEIST GOVERNMENTS".
