1 Ball Valve
For manual cutting-off control air supply.
2 Pressure switch
For low pressure alarm if the control air supply pressure is too low
W/H 3 Ball Valve
Eng. Stop For manual cutting-off of air to exhaust valve
Telegraph Start 6 Pressure gauge
Ahead Indicates control air supply pressure.
Astern 7 Magnetic switch
Activated when reversing cylinder (13) is in AHEAD position.
8 Magnetic switch
Activated when reversing cylinder (13) is in ASTERN position.
9 Ball Valve
Pneumatic Signal For manual blocking of air supply to air cylinder (13).
Electric Signal 10 Two-position,Three-way valve
Remarks Leads air to reversing cylinders(13) and (57) for reversing to AHEAD position.
The Dawing shows the System 11 Two-position,Three-way valve
in following conditions: Leads air to reversing cylinders(13) and (57) for reversing to ASTERN position
1) Stop and ahead position 13 Air cylinder
2) Control Room control Reversing the roller for the fuel pump to AHEAD or ASTERN,respectively.
3) Pneumatic Pressure on 16 Ball Valve
4) El Power on For manual cutting-off safety air supply.
5) Main startingn Valve in service 17 Pressure switch
For alarm if safety air suuply pressure is too low.
