SUMMARY
Have a great interest to work in research, education and training field. Have
competencies to analyse research work through using statistical tools such as SPSS,
AMOS/SEM, LISREL, and Excel. Have a good command on presenting a paper by
inserting facts and figures. Comfortable with team work as well individuals. Very much
time bound in action. Have a very good command on motivation, coordination and
leadership competencies for counseling. My all out support, potential, knowledge and
skills will be a weapon to conduct an innovative research, training and adult learning
education.
