- Monitoring of Huawei and Samsung IN (SCP/SMP/DACP/USAU/RBI)

and using Huawei OAM client to monitor alarms.
- Monitoring Huawei AAA and SMSC.

SMSC.
- Monitoring, Ensuring network KPIs.
- Making system health checks and network availability reports
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports including prepaid
revenue, Bandwidth, alarms and outage reports.
- Monitoring and Analyzing stats in Huawei M2000.
- Custom KPI definition, counters and Threshold management in M2000
- Working in 24x7 shift cycle.
- Customer complaints handling, Co-ordination with Customer Care
Center and Call Center for customer complaints resolution.
- Operations, administrations & maintenance of the Samsung HP-UX
based Short Message Service Center (SMSC) and ESME.
- Operations, administration and maintenance of Cisco Access Registrar
(AAA) Sun Solaris based server.
- Operations, administration and maintenance of the Zabbix Network
Monitoring System server and PRTG.

(PDSN).
