HanIn provides strategic advisory services to medium sized companies from all over the world that
wish to benefit from a China or India presence.

HanIn has empanelled senior professionals and entrepreneurs as execution desks and country
representations. These professionals have decades of business operations and leadership
experience in specific industries.

The Problem

China & India are increasingly playing an indispensable role in global business. They are large
markets, significant investment destinations and an important source of products & services.

The number of companies worldwide that seek to establish a strategic presence in China or India is
growing rapidly. Tier 1 companies have already invested to be directly present in these two countries,
ably assisted by Investment Banks.

Medium sized companies however, prefer an entry strategy with lower costs and risk; They would like

The Incubator Innovation

The domain experts who have run businesses allow HanIn to provide superior support to

Revenue Model

HanIn charges its customers a results based fee. HanIn customers have the choice of paying this fee
as a combination of revenue royalties and cash. Sometimes, specially in the case of start-ups that
have independent exit potential, HanIn will be open to take fees in the form of equity shares in the
venture.

This offers reduced upfront costs and risks for its customers, while enabling HanIn to participate in the
growth and value created by adventurous and aggressive global companies.

Organization

HanIn customer acquisition happens through a global network of high quality, entrepreneurial, well
networked, Country Representatives. These country representatives are supported by strong
execution capabilities in China, India and Hong Kong, represented by Execution Desks.

Marketing plan

HanIn benefits from a differentiated positioning as “The expert facilitator of strategic relationships in
China and India for medium sized companies”. This will consistently be reflected across all marketing
and corporate communication.

In the first year of HanIn business, HanIn will focus on building its technology, organization and
services ecosystem. The networks of the HanIn team will be the primary source of business. This will
be supplemented by digital direct marketing methods to identified segments in various countries.

Subsequently, HanIn intends to advertise in select international business magazines such as The
Economist. This will be repeated consistently for a period of time to ensure that HanIn reaches its end
of year 3 objectives, i.e. to develop its brand as The Leading Facilitator of relationships in the China
and India markets.

People & Team

The HanIn team building strategy is uniquely positioned to deliver the best results for its customers.
For both, Country Representatives and Execution Desks, HanIn has empanelled professionals who
have run businesses and combine deep business operations and management experience, along
with domain expertise.

In addition, HanIn will constitute a strong Board of Advisers and an Independent Board of Directors
