After expansion and integration, we now offer complete

SUPERDYNAMICS™ Pre – Engineered Metal Building Systems
(PEMB).

PEMB is a complete system of precision engineered, custom made

elements and components such as; Steel Framing, Structural
Members, Roof and Wall panels etc. designed to be assembled
together at site to make a complete building.

Material Specifications
PRIMARY STRUCTURALS are
made of Prime Quality HI
Tensile steel plants of physical
properties per ASTMA 570
G50/IS-8500, or equivalent with
minimum y/s of 345 mpa.
SECONDARY MEMBERS are cold
formed sections made of HR
Steel per IS-1079/10748 or
equivalents with min y/s of 240
mpa (HiTen345 mpa also
offered if required).

OTHER STRUCTURAL MEMBERS

are made of prime steel per IS-
2062 or equivalent with min y/s
of 240 mpa.
Roof and Wall Cladding

Material

1. Pre-painted/Bare Galvalume per AS-1397/AS/NZS-2728 or

equivalent in grade AZ-150/G-300 and G-550, Hi Tensile Steel.

2. Pre-painted Galvanized steel (PPGI) per IS-14246/JIS-3312 or

equivalent. Hi-Tensile and Special Grades also available.

3. Natural Light: SUPERDYNAMICS™ provides a solution for

industries - to provide their employees to work in natural light
roofs, glazing or cladding using POLYCARBONATE SHEETS and
FRP SHEETS.
4. Ventilation System – Natural Ventilation provided by wind
driven Roof Ventilators and Louvers for side walls provide
natural fresh air 24 hrs without the use of electricity.
