TOILET AND BATH ACCESSORIES

PART 1 -- GENERAL

1.1 THE REQUIREMENT

A. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install all listed toilet and bath accessories and
appurtenant work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

1.2 RELATED WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE

A. Section [10160] Metal Toilet Partitions.

B. Section [15410] Plumbing Piping.

C. Section [15430] Piping Specialties.

D. Section [15440] Plumbing Fixtures.

1.3 REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS, CODES, AND STANDARDS

A. Comply with the reference specifications of the GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

B. Manufacturer's Standards: The toilet and bath accessories and their installation shall be in
accordance with the manufacturer's published recommendations and specifications.

1.4 CONTRACTOR SUBMITTALS

A. Submittals shall be made in accordance with the GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

B. Samples: When requested by the ENGINEER, the CONTRACTOR shall submit to the
ENGINEER for review, samples of all the materials and colors proposed for use on the WORK.
The samples shall be clearly marked to show the manufacturer's name and product
identification.

C. Literature: Manufacturer's literature, technical data, and installation instructions on each product
and item being provided shall be submitted.

1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE (NOT USED)

1.6 PRODUCT DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING

A. Delivery of Materials: Manufactured materials shall be delivered in original unbroken packages,

containers, or crating bearing the manufacturer's label with manufacturer's name and product
description.

B. Storage: All materials shall be carefully stored in an area which is protected from the elements
in a manner recommended by the material manufacturer. Storage shall be in a manner that will
prevent damage to the material and its finish.

PART 2 -- PRODUCTS

2.1 ACCESSORIES AND SPECIALTIES

A. General: For the purpose of establishing quality and type, all catalog numbers have been taken
from the Bobrick, Bradley, and Charles Parker catalogs, unless otherwise specified. All items
furnished shall be products of the same manufacturer, wherever possible.

B. Mounting locations shall be where shown, or at manufacturers recommended heights where not
shown, and where determined by the ENGINEER.

C. All exposed exterior finish shall be satin finish stainless steel, except where otherwise specified.

D. Towel, toilet tissue, tissue, and sanitary napkin dispensers [shall] [may] be provided with [key
