BURGLARY 10-59599

On 12/08/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 8000 block of MacArthur Boulevard
(Southwest of Harris Road) for a burglary complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) cut the screen and
smashed out the window to gain entry. The time of occurrence was between 12:00 PM on 12/06/2010 through 8:40
AM on 12/08/2010. The residence was ransacked but nothing appeared to be taken. There is no suspect information
at this time.

LARCENY 10-59685

On 12/08/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 5000 block of East Huron River Drive
(North of Clark Road) for a larceny from automobile complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) opened an
unlocked door to gain entry. The time of occurrence was between 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM on 12/08/2010. A
purse, miscellaneous credit cards, driver’s license, and an unknown amount of money were taken. There is no
suspect information at this time.

HOME INVASION 10-59370 ARREST MADE

On 12/09/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 700 block of Browning Court (North of
East Forest Avenue) for a home invasion in-progress. The Deputies discovered an astute neighbor was woken up by
a loud noise. The neighbor looked out his window, observed the suspect break out a rear window and crawl through
to gain entry. The neighbor called 911 and gave a detailed description of the suspect and specific details about the
incident.

Deputies Kittle, Adkins, and Cratsenburg, who were assisted by Sergeant King, arrived at the scene and located the
suspect. The suspect, a 46-year-old Ypsilanti Township resident, was arrested without incident. The suspect was also
wanted on Parole Absconder and Armed Robbery warrants.

The investigation will be turned over to the Washtenaw county Prosecutor’s Office for review of criminal charges.

On 12/08/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 2000 block of International Drive for a
disorderly subject. The Deputies contacted the subject and determined he was wanted on several outstanding
warrants. The subject was arrested without incident and transported to the County Jail.
