EXAMPLES OF AUTHORITY TO CUT, GATHER, COLLECT, REMOVE TIMBER OR OTHER FOREST PRODUCTS, 4s) Timber License Agreement (TLA) and other existing license permits ‘These permits were issued by the DENR, pursuant to PD. 706 and the old constitation and continue to bein full force and effect until their expiry dates subject to the satne terms and conditions as originally granted and approved tinless Congress may provide otherwise.
