Andrea Cohen joins Rimon from Morrison & Foerster LLP. Previously, she has pract
iced with Cooley, Godward, Kronish LLP and Nixon, Peabody LLC, and has served as
counsel for dozens of private equity investment firms, institutional investors
and start-up companies. At Rimon, she will continue her significant focus on cle
an energies and related sustainability technologies, as well as her deep relatio
nships in the venture capital financing landscape with both companies and their
investors.

Ms. Cohen received her Baccalaureate degree in Philosophy and Art History from B
oston University, her juris doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, a
nd an MBA degree from Northeastern University Graduate School of Business.
