Describing the library section.

What is it like?

In the library section there is cartoon comic books in the Graphic Novel
section. All of the Graphic Novels section is only fiction books. The Graphic Novels
are for year 4,5 & 6. Also secondary students like to read comic books.

On the spine of the books is written JF. JF stands for Junior fiction. In this
section it is organized by the same kind of books being put together on the shelf.

Thinking about the reasons for the organization.

What is it like?

The Graphic Novels are put in the Graphic Novels Section so that they are
easier to find. When the books are in the same section it is easier because if the
books are in the right section you can just go to that section and find the book
that you want to find.

Connection:

How is it connected to other things?

These books are for year 4, 5, 6, and also for secondaries. It helps the
library staff because the staff just find the Graphic Novel Section and just put the
books in order (by type).

The Graphic Novel Section is near a big picture of a frog which is near the
photocopier. If you can’t find the Graphic Novels Section ask the staff or use a
computer to search for it.
Hanako:

Hello everybody today Hyunji and I are going to show you a play about graphic

Hyunji:

Graphic novel books are for year 4,5,6, people. Also they are for secondary people.

Hyunji: Where is the Graphic Novels section?

Hyunji walks to Hanako.

Hanako: What are you finding?

Hyunji: A graphic novel book.

Hanako points to the Graphic Novel Section.

Hyunji walks to the Graphic Novel. She crouches down in front of the books.

Hyunji: These books are in a neat order.

Hanako Does anybody know why the books are in order?
