RANGE OF PRODUCTS

A ) SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES FOR AUTOMATION IN WELDING

1) COLUMN AND BOOM
Welding column and boom consist of vertical column on which is mounted
horizontal boom. It is also called as Welding Head Manipulator. Welding head with
wire reel is mounted at front or rear end of the Boom. In light duty models vertical
movement of boom is through Lead Screw. In Medium duty models vertical
movement of boom is through Rack and Pinion and counter weight. In Heavy duty
models vertical movement of boom is through Chain and Sprocket Drive with
counter weight arrangement. Metallic wire rope is used to held Boom and Counter
weight assembly. Safety feature like Anti-fall arrangement is provided for Boom
assembly. Horizontal Boom drive movement is through rack and pinion and
through AC variable Frequency Drive for step less speed variation.
Column & Boom Manipulators Range:-( 2.5 M x 2.5 M to 10 M x 10 M.)
2) WELDING SHELL ROTATOR
Welding Rotators are very essential equipments for heavy and light fabrication
shop.They are mainly used t o rotate or position the cylindrical jobs for
circumferential Welding (TIG / MIG /Sub Arc) or for intricate assemblies. The
machine consists of 1No. Drive unit and 1No Idler unit and Control panel with
pendant. For step less speed Variation, AC frequency variable drive is used. The
rollers are either made of Steel or moulded with Polyurethane or Rubber as per
customers requirement.
Welding Shell Rotators Range:-( Capacity 5 Tons to 200 Tons ).
3) WELDING POSITIONER
Positioners are mainly used to manipulate and position the Jobs for IG position for
easy down hand welding, independent of operator's skill. Once the job is loaded it
can be manipulated conveniently to complete all the welding operations in down
hand position. This reduces handling time and frequent use of crane. The job can
be tilted from 00 to 135 degree depending on the requirement of specific location
of welding. Positioners can be conveniently used for complete circumferential
welding, strip cladding, for down hand position welding, to set the job conveniently
for easy accessibility to intricate assemblies etc. Along with Column & Boom, a
positioner can carry out any welding tasks which are impossible otherwise

4) HEADSTOCK-TAILSTOCK TYPE POSITIONER

This positioner is mainly used to held the heavy fabrication job between two end
Headstock and Tailstock supports. Loaded job is rotated between two supports to
manipulate it to convenient position to complete all welding operations. Job can be
rotated through 360 degree depending on the requirement of specific location of
welding.

D ) AUTOMATION FOR POWER PRESSES.

1) Power Press Automation including Decoiler, Straigtner, Servo Strip Feeder using
PLC controls.
Decoiler is used for decoiling the Laminated MS. Sheet strip for feeding for
Straightner.
Straightner is used for straightening the MS strip after decoiling.
Servo Strip Feeder is great use is press industry. Required length strip is feeded
to Power Press for next Shearing and punching operation. Due to servo motor
drive accuracy of strip length is maintained. Various strip length, feed speed
programs can be made using HMI on control panel. Near about 1000 programs
can be stored and can be called as per requirement of production plans. It
increases accuracy, productivity and reduce production time.
