If'a lobbyist persuaded his/her clients to send campaign contributions to a representative at the behest of another representative how does the first representative take the credit? '5) What are some of the other key facets of lobbying ~ from the standpoint of the lobbyists and the members - that American citizens should keep in mind when considering how things work in Washington?
