After founding the nation’s first fast casual restaurant concept, McAlister’s Deli,
Don Newcomb, Chris Newcomb and partner Debra Bryson sold the successful
chain in order to start Newk’s Express Café. Newk’s first opened its doors
in Oxford, Miss. in 2004, and has now sold 74 franchise locations throughout
