Malzeme: Dikdörtgen hava kanallarý galvanizli çelik sac ile yüksek mukavemetli, sýzdýrmaz özellikli flanþ ve
köþe parçalarýndan imal edilmektedir.

Teknik Özellikler: Hava kanal ve fittings malzemeleri bilgisayara verilen ölçülerde yüksek hassasiyetle fireyi en aza
indirerek SMACNA ‘DUCT CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 1995’ e uygun olacak þekilde
otomatik olarak plazma tezgahýnda kesilir. Düz kanal imalatýmýz 120, 130, 150 - 2500 mm
aralýðýnda otomatik makinalarda yapýlmaktadýr. Günlük kanal üretim kapasitemiz 500 m2 dir.
Kanallar, dirsekler, redüksiyonlar otomatik kenet makinasý ile kapatýlmaktadýr. Kanal flanþ
baðlantýlarý otomatik panç makinasýnda yapýlýp, üretim sonrasý mastik silikon ile sýzdýrmazlýk
saðlanmaktadýr. Tüm aský ve tespit elemanlarý dübel ile bina beton elemanlarýna tespit
edilmektedir. Ýmalat sonrasý tüm hava kanallarýna DW 142 - 143’e uygun olarak sýzdýrmazlýk testi
yapýlmaktadýr. Ayrýca hava kanallarýna istek doðrultusunda ses ve gürültüye karþý akustik, ýsý
yalýtýmýna karþý bir tarafý alüminyum kaplý, 25 mm klima levhasý izolasyonu ve klimaflex kanal
izolasyonlarý yapýlmaktadýr.

Material: The rectangular air ducts are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet with high strength,
impermeable flange and corner pieces.

Technical Properties: Air duct and fittings materials are cut in the plasma cutting machine by minimizing the wastage
with high sensitivity in the dimensions given to the computer as being appropriate to the
SMACNA ‘DUCT CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 1995 . Our straight duct manufacture is made
in the automatic machines within the range of 120, 130, 150-2500 mm. Our daily duct
manufacture capacity is 500 m2. Ducts, elbows and reductions are closed with automatic lock
forming machine. Duct flange connections are made in the automatic panc machine and
impermeability is provided with mastic silicone after the production. All the hanger and fixing
elements are fixed with anchor to building concrete elements. Impermeability test is made to all
air ducts after manufacture as being appropriate to DW 142 - 143. Also, against sound and noise,
acoustic isolation; against thermal insulation, 25 mm duct board insulation of which one side is
coated with aluminium and climaflex duct insulation are made upon request.

ÇELÝK MENGENE: Aský rotlarýnýn çelik çatý kiriþlerine monte

edilebilmesi için dizayn edilmiþtir. Çelik mengeneler “I”, “U”, “L”
kesitli profillere uygulanabilir.
KISKAÇ: Çelik yapýlarýn aský elemaný olarak kullanýlabilmesi
için dizayn edilmiþtir.
ROT: Kanal aský elemanýdýr. Perfore profil ile dübel arasýndaki
baðlantý elemaný olarak kullanýlýr.
TAKOZLU Z: “Z” Takozlu aský elemaný rotla birlikte uygulanýr.
Taþýma ve aský sistemlerinde aský elemaný olarak kullanýlýr.
Vibrasyon alýcý lastiði ile basýnç ve hýzýn hava kanalýnda
oluþturduðu titreþimi azaltýr.
TAKOZSUZ Z: “Z” Aský elemaný rotla birlikte uygulanýr. Taþýma
ve aský sistemlerinde aský elemaný olarak kullanýlýr.

STEEL CLAMP: Steel clamps are designed for hanging rods

being able to install to the steel roof girders. They can be
applied to profiles which have “I”, “U”, “L” sections.
GRIPPER: Gripper is designed for its being able to use as
hanging component of steel structures.
ROD: Rod is duct hanging component. It is used as fixing
component between the perforated profile and anchor.
Z PIECE WITH CHOCK: “Z” hanging component with chock is
applied with rod. It is used as hanging component in holding
and hanging systems. It reduces the vibration that pressure and
velocity create in the air duct via its absorber rubber.
Z PIECE WITHOUT CHOCK: “Z” hanging component is applied
with rod. It is used as hanging component in holding and
hanging systems.

KANAL FLANÞI: Hazýr hava kanalý flanþlarý, hava kanallarýnda

maksimum saðlamlýk ve montaj kolaylýðý saðlamak için dizayn
edilmiþtir.TSE standartlarýnda uygun galvanizli sacdan
mamüldür. Flanþlarýn sac kanal yerleþim derzi flanþ boyunca
macunlanmýþtýr. Böylece istenilen sýzdýrmazlýk saðlanmýþ
olunur.

DUCT FLANGE: Prepared air duct flanges are designed for

providing maximum strength and assembly easiness in the air
ducts. They are producted from appropriate galvanized sheet in
TSE Standards. The sheet duct assembly joint of the flanges
are impasted along the flange. So the intended impermeability
is provided.

DUCT CORNER ELEMENTS: Duct corner element is producted
as being appropriate to the prepared duct flange profiles. It
provides rigidity in the connections of the flanges to each other.
It is standard galvanized coated.

30 mm, 35 mm Corner Element
FLANGE CLIPS: Flange clips is used for fixing of prepared duct
flange profiles to each other. It is coated with galvanize as
standard.

PERFORE PROFÝL: Çok farklý kullaným alanlarýna sahiptirler.

Yatay ve düþey boru aský montajýnda ve havalandýrma
kanallarýnýn tespitinde, boru aský sistemlerinde, destek ve
baðlantý elemaný olarak kullanýlýr. Tek olarak kullanýlabilecekleri
gibi diðer profillerle birlikte de kullanýlabilir. Baðlantý
elemanlarýna uyumludur. Delikli montaj ve kurulum kolaylýðý
saðlar. Standart olarak galvanizle kaplanýrlar.

Teknik Özellikler: Yuvarlak hava kanallarý standart olarak 3 mt ile 6 mt arasýnda boylarda üretilmektedir. Kanallarýn
imalatýnda kullanýlan sac kalýnlýklarý 0,5 mm, 0,6 mm, 0,7 mm, 0,8 mm ve 1,00 mm dir. Ayrýca,
isteðe baðlý olarak kanallara içten veya dýþtan izolasyon da uygulanabilmektedir.

Material: Round air ducts are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet.

Technical Properties: Round air ducts are producted within the range of 3 mt and 6 mt lengths as being standard. The
sheet thicknesses used in the manufacture of the ducts are 0,5 mm, 0,6 mm, 0,7 mm, 0,8 mm
and 1,00 mm. Also, internal or external insulation can be applied to the ducts upon demand.

Coating Types: Galvanize coating.

Installation Types: Fixing to the concrete with the hanger mechanism.
