Tenant arranged for further key to be cut during tenancy. All keys returned at check out.
General Condition
The property has generally been well maintained by the tenants, but the property is in an average
condition with regards to decor and fixtures/fittings (residual).
Work tools and dust sheets were found in the kitchen as work being done in bathroom – therefore difficult
to assess condition of these items.
The bathroom was unchecked due to maintenance work and refitting being carried out.
Tenants stated they had hired a ‘Rug Doctor’ to clean all carpets within the property two days before the
end of the tenancy.
