General Condition

The property has generally been well maintained by the tenants, but the property is in an average
condition with regards to decor and fixtures/fittings (residual).

Work tools and dust sheets were found in the kitchen as work being done in bathroom – therefore difficult
to assess condition of these items.

The bathroom was unchecked due to maintenance work and refitting being carried out.

Tenants stated they had hired a ‘Rug Doctor’ to clean all carpets within the property two days before the
end of the tenancy.

No bed linen in the bedrooms has been freshly laundered.

There are additional cracks to shelves/drawers in the fridge and freezer.
