| Introduction

TEDXSaigon 3D Space will be a social event run parallel to TEDXSaigon Conference by and
for Vietnamese students and young professionals. It aims to introduce every year’s 20
inpiring TEDXSaigon Student Ambassadors and to spark transforming discussions about
Vietnam’s development among its young, talented audience.

TEDXSaigon 3D Space shares the mission of “Ideas Worth Spreading” as well as the theme
of TEDXSaigon2010 Conference: Dream|Diversity|Development.

Like TEDxSaigon, the event will send invitations to 100 fans including university student
leaders, NGOs’ best volunteers and young professionals, young leaders of student-run
projects and organizations, and young educators.

TERMS EXPLANATION

TEDXSaigon Student Ambassadors: 20 students that are invited to TEDXSaigon

Conference.

[Sponsor] White Boards Project : Co-branded with an exclusive sponsor, this project
places hundreds of crayons under 20 White Paper Boards where ambassadors raise 20
worth-thinking questions on Vietnam’s development and the audience write, visualize, and
link their answers.

TEDXSaigon 3D Space – LIVE : The live stage will embrace 20 five-minute speeches from
selected audience who registered to present their ideas for audience’s discussions and
votings. This multidisciplinary collection of talks will be filmed and shared online with wider
public.

ID Name tags and voting forms: A name tag granted at the registration entrance includes
the ID numbers and information of its holder. The other side will be the idea that s/he votes.

Votes in TEDXSaigon 3D Space: Every attendee could vote for their most favourite idea
during TEDXSaigon 3D Space ranging from White Board Projects to LIVE talks.

Lunch Salons : Sponsored group meals (i.e Pizza) during the discussion of small topic-
based groups

“A different Sponsor” : TEDxSaigon Founders/Curators to introduce the exclusive sponsor

of TEDXSaigon 3D Space as the one-of-its-kind company/organization that shares our
missions and contributes to local community as well as Vietnam, creatively and sustainably.
