warranty.Please do note that the warranty decisions will be as per the Manufacturer guidelines only.

Conditions of the warranty are as follows:

Any component / product on which the serial / part number has been defaced / modified / removed, then the
said component will be void of the said warranty.
Damage / detoriation of components resulting from accident, fire, misuse, water, lighting or other acts of nature
will not be covered under warranty.
The warranty will be void for those components failed due to operation with media not meeting or maintained
in accordance with Datastor Technology specification.
