RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Studying the complete Enquiry from Customer (both technical & commercial points) before
proceeding the Work.

 The Technical Details in the Enquiry are like, Pipe load, Pipe Thermal Movement, Pipe
Operating Temperature, Pipe Insulation, Assembly length ( Top of steel to centre line of pipe),
Type of support, Model of support.
 Selecting the spring size as per the client’s requirement with using our selector software called
“Comet”. Then designing the spring casing & its ancillaries for completing the assembly as per
the standards like MSS-SP58, IS & ASTM standards.
 Preparing Complete Bill of Material, G.A.Drawings with the use of AUTO CAD latest version
and also the software’s PS Designers & PSL CAD.
 Preparing all the part Drgs for manufacturing as per the standard practice.
 To endeavor to meet deadlines on tasks assigned through the Enquiry Review Process.
 To undertake design work in accordance with the parameters set out by the customer.
 Quality checking of the entire project with the Documentation of the Company.
 converting drwgs from 2-d to 3-d using PRO/E.
 preparing drwgs for the specific parts mentioned by the customer in the spring assembly using
PRO/E
