being no exception had to seek the help of others to make this project successful.

I would like to thank NFL for providing me with an opportunity to undertake industrial training,
which has been a learning experience for me. Specially thanks to my Project Head Mr Anil
Rana(Sen.asst.manager F&A) and thanks to Mr. Ram Dev (Sen. Asst. Accountant) & Devinder
Kumar (Sen. Asst. Accountant) who guide me a lot.

A lot of individuals have contributed in the preparation of this project. I am thankful to all of
them for their timely help encouragement, support, valuable comments, suggestions and many
innovative ideas in carrying out these projects. It is my proud privilege and pleasure to express
deep sense of gratitude to these people.

PREFACE
Education becomes more meaningful when its theoretical aspects are combined with practical
experience. This provides an opportunity to the students to improve their understanding of the
studies.

MBA is a course, which combines both its theory and application as its content of study in the
field of management as a part of this course, every aspirant has to undergo 2 months “Industrial
Training” in an organization of repute. The purpose of this training is to expose the students or
management sciences to real business situation and to provide insight into the various functions
carried out within the organization.

In order to use the theoretical knowledge I get the opportunity of “Industrial Training” in
National Fertilizers Limited Nangal.

As complementary to training, I have prepared and submitted a project report on “RATIO

ANALYSIS” management of NFL. It is an attempt to present on account of practical knowledge
and observations gathered during the vocational training.
