dangerous belief of the deobandis

Below are cited a few examples of the spurious beliefs that the Deobandi hold written
in the books of the Ulleama of Deoband. These beliefs are not spoken about amongst
them, as this would deter people from following them and expose their corrupt faith.
Witness in these few examples how far these so-called Mujaddith's of Deoband can
go! See what nonsense Mulla Ashraf Ali Thanwi is trying to unload to the untrained
mind, the same Thanwi whom the Deobandis refer to as “Hakeem-ul-Ummat”!

11 Risala Tazkara of Darul-uloom Deoband of 1965 claims: Anyone suffering from

malaria who took dust from the grave of “Maulana” Yaqoob Nanotwi and tied this
dust to his body, found instant relief.

12. Allaah cuts jokes with the Ulama of Deoband. One of them went to a well for
“Wudu” (Ablution) He lowered the bucket in the well. It came back full of silver. The
Holy man said to Allaah: Don’t kid around! I am getting late for prayers. He lowered
the bucket in again and this time it came back full of gold. (Risala Tazkara of Darul-
uloom Deoband of April 1965)

20. “Maulana” Yousuf Ludhianwi taught a simple method to make interest (usury)
Halal. Borrow from a non-Muslim. (Masaail-e-Jadeedah)

21. Here is another pearl of wisdom from him: There was a Pir Sadiq from Ashraf Ali
Thanwi’s town. He taught his disciples “There is no God but Allah and Sadiq is His
messenger.” {Astaghfirullaah} The wise of the nation Thanwi declared that teaching
OK. (Imane Khalis, p.109, Hazrat Masood Uthmani)

22. The holy messenger comes to Mulla Qasim Nanotwi and other big Ullema of
Deoband, to learn Urdu. He also checks accounts of the Madrasah. (Numerous
references such as Haqaiq-o-Maarif, Deoband May 1975).

23. "Maulana” Yousuf Bannuri writes: The Prophet told my father, Zakaria! When
you fall sick I also fall sick. Hazrat Ali had come to conduct the marriage of my father
and mother. (In the 19th century!) (Iman-e-Khalis, pp. 7 and 8, Masooduddin Usmani,
Fazil Uloom Deenia)

Evidence Why you should not pray behind these people or associate or send you
children to there masjid/madrassa

When one starts taking his or her children to learn from such people, what happens is
that the respect that is nurtured in ones heart towards a teacher (as one of the basic
principles before one can learn is to respect ones teacher) leads a person to ignore any
faults. The danger is if these faults include disbelief or lead to disbelief then ones
greatest joy and assets have been ruined! Those who malign, disparage attribute lies to
the Prophet, peace be upon him, make their seat in The fire.

"The Prophet is preferable for the believers even to their own selves..." (33:6)

Surely, those who oppose GOD and His messenger, GOD afflict them with a curse in
this life, and in the Hereafter; He has prepared for them a shameful retribution. 33:57
"None of you becomes a believer until I am dearer to him than his children, his
parents and all mankind." (as reported by Bukhari and Muslim) Some versions add:
"his life, his wealth and his family"

The Prophet said: "he who deliberately lies about me let him seek his abode in Hell."
Mishkat 198

Imam Jafar Sadiq (alaihi wa salams) said: "Be careful of your knowledge and see
from whom you get it."

Abu Dharr said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, what if a man loves a people but
cannot join them?' He replied, 'Abu Dharr, you are with the one you love.' I said, 'I
love Allah and His Messenger.' He said, 'Abu Dharr, you are with the one you love.'"
Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari

To make a 'Bud Mazhab' (person with corrupt beliefs) whose beliefs have gone
outside the folds of Islam is a sin and to pray a Namaz behind him would make the
Namaz Makrooh-e-Tahrimi and would have to be repeated as this would be
Wajib[Durr-e-Mukhtar, Radd-ul-Mohtar, Alamgiri].

Namaz behind those Bad Mazhabs whose beliefs have gone out of the folds of Islam
such as Rafzi (Shiites, even if they only reject the fact of Hazrat Abubakr being a
Caliph or a Sahhabi or insults the Shaikhain Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma), those who
believe that the Holy Quran is man made, those who reject intercession or seeing
Allah on the day of Hashr, or the punishment of the grave or the existence of Kiraman
Katibeen cannot be performed [Alamgiri, Guniya]. There is an even more stricter
rule for those who call themselves Muslims and in fact follow the Sunnats but still
reject some important beliefs of religion (Zarooriyat-e-Deen) and insult Allah and His
Prophet or at least believe those who insult, as Muslims, Namaz behind these is also
strictly not allowed.

Respecting a person with incorrect beliefs has helped in destroying Islam

Furthermore it is not a co-incidence that these beliefs are misguided views, they are
the well-established belief of the Deobandis - the school of thought that the Tableeghi
Jamaat originates from. This has been shown with ample proofs. Please refer to the
online book, "The JAMAAT TABLEEGH and the Deobandis - A Critical analysis of
their Beliefs, Books and Dawah"

This article is an Enlightening insight in to the Scholars and Founding Fathers of

Deoband and their Beliefs, As Deoband have been looked upon as the good Guys and
the Barelwis as the Bad Guys, However after reading the writings of the revered
scholars and Founders of Deoband. One is forced to conclude that this dangerous
misinterpretation and twisting of Islamic beliefs and practices has been deliberate,
often repeated and has been purposely concealed from the common man.
