We feel pleasure in informing you that our unit proposes to undertake a new
commercial venture at Kadi. The unit shall be engaged in manufacturing and
job work of processing Crankshafts (Autoparts).
While detailed financial projections, feasibility studies, industry outlook, future
prospects and broad plans have been prepared and attached herewith, one of
the most compelling factors about the project is its uniqueness in nature. It is
worthwhile to note that the machineries required for the said project is being
imported for the first time in India, which according to us is an achievement in
itself.
We are sure that our experience, dedication towards the said project and hard
work of our team shall meet the desired goals.

Apart from these, we seek financial assistance in form of Term loan and Working
capital from your bank.

1. Cost of project:

a. Machineries : Rs. 316.27 Lakh

b. Office Equipments & Furniture : Rs. 3.00 Lakh

c. Preoperative Expenses : Rs. 2.00 Lakh

d. Working capital : Rs. 55.00 Lakh

2. Means of Finance:

a. Promoter’s Contribution : Rs. 149.27 Lakh

b.Bank finance:

i. Term loan : Rs. 192.00 Lakh

(Machineries as primary securities)

ii. Working capital : Rs. 35.00 Lakh

(Consumable stores and spares and Book

Debts as primary securities)

Residential and commercial premises (as mentioned in detailed project report)

are proposed to be offered as Collateral Securities, which are worth Rs. 175.00
Lakh (approx) as on date.
