This document proposes a study to examine the relationship between type of search (basic vs advanced), user type (students vs faculty), and attitudes toward the search engine. The study would use an experimental design to have participants search for information using basic or advanced search. Questionnaires would then measure attitudes and credibility. It is hypothesized that advanced search leads to more positive attitudes and better interaction. The methodology, hypotheses, and expected outcomes are described at a high level.

This paper examines the use of search engine by students and faculty to support In order to obtain relevant results, search learning and research. We explored the engines options are used. This decides the attitude towards the search engine, credibility and attitude of the users towards credibility of the search engine and the search engines. These are the interesting interaction effects. The main goal is to areas to be explored and hence I have come demonstrate how each methodology exhibits up with research question. a unique strength in collecting information Population of Interest about different dimensions of search behavior and perceptions.
