southernand western portionof the Property. Due to the naval base being an
emergency air basefor commercialaircraft,any additionalplantingmaterialsaroundthe
requestarea would not be recommended.Additionalplantingmaterialsmay attract
birdsto the areaand couldffiuse problems,if the de-commissioned air basebecomes
operationalin the future.
