Sub: Quotation for 500HP Reduction Gear Box.

This is further to the discussion we had with you at your factory in Hosur. We have worked out
our quotation for One No of Reduction gear box of 500 HP with reduction from 740 RPM to 140
RPM and maintaining the dimensions to suit your existing gear box, to have minimum time for
replacement.

In this connection we have worked out our best-offer for 500 HP reduction gear box the
Technical Specification details as per annexure 'A'

Prices: Rs 15,50,525=00 Each, ( Rupees fifteen lakhs fifty thousand and five hundred and
twenty five only) Ex our works, taxes, duties, & transportation extra

1. Delivery: In 8 week's time from date of receipt of your technically and commercially
clear order with the stipulated advance payment.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment and balance against proforma Invoice.
3. Taxes: 2% CS,T against 'C' form.
4. Excise Duty: 10.2% and 1% higher education cess.
5. Transportation: Extra at actuals or you can send your vehicle and collect the gear box
on intimation from us.
6. Price increase: This offer is based on the current prices, if there is any increase in
prices of raw material in the future the same shall be informed to you for which you
shall amend the Purchase Order and make necessary Payment for the increased
price.
7. Validity: Our quotation is valid for placement of your purchase order with advance
payment with in 04/01/2011.
We request you to consider our offer favorably and we await your orders which will
be attended to on top priority.
