Most of the Delhi/NCR based experienced

software proffesionals were not ready to
relocate to Chandigarh.Some candidates who
had no objection in relocation did not match
company's experience criteria.

They had other local consultants working for

them.Although they showed interest in
working with us after looking our clients and
company's profile but no position was vacant
when we met them.

Only challenged faced while dealing with

them is we donot have anyone in Chandigarh
who can personally go to them to take
feedback.So,we appointed one person on
contratual basis who now helps us in fetching
business from Chandigarh and attends
meetings on our company's behalf.
The challenge faced in working for them is
that their company have very stringent
criterias in assessing the candidates which
makes our search more tough.

Faced difficulty in contacting with them.

They themselves showed interest in working

with us but they never sent us JDs even after
confirming about their requirement.
