Programme Design
This programme has a maximum of 8 delegates and challenges the individual through a
range of three sixty feedback tools, linked with input from the delegates and facilitators,
to improve their effectiveness as a leader. The journey of development allows the
individual to:
• Work on improving their business
• Become a more effective leader
• To unlock the full potential of their staff

The programme is structured to consist of a three day block, followed at 6 - 8 week


intervals by single days, with a final day 12 weeks later (total of 6 days over 6 months
duration).

Activity by delegates over the duration of the programme


Delegates will be required to embed the new leadership competencies in their daily work
activities. This will include
¾ Personal development plans being developed and implemented
¾ the delivery of work based project assignments which leads to a
University Management Qualification

Pre-Work for Module 1


¾ To complete a Personality Profile
¾ To complete the Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI)
¾ To action a 360 feedback process by piers, staff, spouse & friends
¾ To complete a personal pre-work book

Days 1,2 & 3 - consecutive to allow for an intensive & challenging process to
take place
