Site Support
Registration and Rate There are two ways to register and lock loans:
Locks
1. Online:
• Register or lock online at www.aurorawholesale.com between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
local time.
• Your lock will be confirmed immediately.
• Automated 1003 transmission is also available.
2. By Fax:
• Fax a completed Aurora Wholesale Lock/Registration Form to 888-303-0572. Please
note that loans not locked on AuroraConnect will receive a 0.125 price adjustment.
• Rate lock hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Locks must be received by 5:00
p.m. local time. Locks not sent by 5:00 p.m. local time will receive the next day’s
pricing.
• A confirmation will be faxed back within 24 hours.
• Lock requests will not be accepted by phone.
• Relock or extension requests sent via e-mail must be received between 8 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. local time.

Underwriting • Complete Submission Transmittal (available at www.aurorawholesale.com or from your
Account Executive) and overnight an original package to:

• Loan approvals with conditions will be faxed or e-mailed to you.
• To check status, call your Team’s toll-free number.
• For uploaded loans check status online at www.aurorawholesale.com or call your Team’s
toll free number.
• Fax conditions to your assigned team’s direct fax number. You can also overnight them to
the address listed above.
• Closing conditions must be provided prior to scheduling the closing date.
• Conditions are reviewed within 48 hours.
• All prior-to-closing conditions must be cleared before scheduling loan closing.
All prior-to-closing conditions must be received at one time including our Closing
Information Form.
Closing • A member of your team will contact you to verify fees and to schedule a closing date.
• Wiring Instructions, Hazard and Flood Insurance, Closing Protection Letter and Final
1003 must be provided prior to scheduling a closing.
• Closing Information Form must be fully completed (including Requested Closing Date and
Time).
• Closing Agent and Title Fees must be verbally verified by the closer before documents
can be prepared.
• Documents will be delivered within 48 hours of your closing date confirmation.
• Documents will be delivered according to closing agent instructions.
• Lender’s closing instructions will outline funding requirements.
• If a Power of Attorney (POA) will be used to designate an attorney-in-fact/agent to
execute closing documents, the use of and the POA documentation must be approved by
Aurora at least 72 hours prior to closing. See Form 675-A, POA Checklist for details and
eligibility criteria.

Funding • Funding request can be made by receipt of original signed documents or a
fax of the critical documents.
• We require a 24-hour Funding Request
• Fax critical documents and conditions to your Team’s Funding Fax Number (listed on
Page 1).

• Cutoff time for conditions for funding the same day is Noon.
