2011 Grand Lodge Leadership Conference

“Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders Today”

Once again, the Grand Master of Free & Accepted Masons in Arizona, Most Worshipful Brother
Jim Rowan, cordially invites all Brothers, Sisters, Sons and Daughters from our extended
Masonic family to join us in this year’s Leadership Conferences. As members of our Blue
Lodges, York Rite, Scottish Rite, Shrine, Grotto, Eastern Star, Amaranth, Beauceant, True
Kindred, White Shrines, Demolay, Rainbow and Job’s Daughters we are all one great Masonic
family and this year’s sessions are once again designed for all of you.

We have scheduled three sessions to better accommodate your busy schedules and to be
nearer to you. Mark these dates and locations on your calendars:

Saturday, January 8th, 2011 Rough Ashlar Lodge in Kingman

Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 Sun City Lodge in Peoria
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE FROM THE EL ZARIBAH
SHRINE AS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED
Saturday, February 12th, 2011 Scottish Rite Temple in Tucson

Registration will begin at 7:00 AM for each date with coffee and donuts. Orientation will start
at 8:00 AM, with classes beginning at 8:30 AM. You will have your choice of 3 different classes
from a list of 12 classes that are being offered. Each class will be 60 minutes in length with a 10
minute break between classes. Lunch (included in your registration fee) will be served from
Noon to 1PM. At 1PM you will be invited to join a 1 hour panel discussion with the entire
Grand Lodge Line of Officers where you will hear from the Grand Master and the Deputy Grand
Master with an opportunity to ask questions of all.
NOTE: The Grand Worthy Matron and the Grand Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star will host a
similar panel in a separate room at the January 22nd session in Peoria. At 2PM we will break
into 3 separate discussion groups for a 90 minute discussion period where you will be
encouraged to tell us what you feel is most important for the betterment of our fraternity.
Those participating in these discussions will receive a summary of what was discussed within
your discussion group, as will the Grand Line of Officers. We intend to follow these sessions
with another session to put together an Action Plan for the implementation of your ideas.
