A students who have registered for Second Semester 2010/2011, may apply to defer
the semester not later than seven weeks after the commencement of the new
January 3 rd , 2011-January 16th , 2011 (2 weeks)

Students who defer the semester within the first two(2) weeks with the approval of
the Dean School of Graduate Studies shall entitled to claim for a tuition fee refund.

NOTE:

1. All international students must pay the HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS of RM316.00.
2. For registration after January 2 nd, 2011, a late registration fee of RM100.00 will be imposed.
3. A student who fails to register or fails to pay fees by February 27th, 2011 will be dropped from his/her study.
4. All students are required to register a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
5. All students in programme with thesis are required to register for Master Research(SPS5999) / Doctoral Research (SPS6999) every semester.
