3 In the meeting, DPA is required to peruse and propose
design scheme which meet following parameters:

-Super-structures:
+ Phase 1 & 2: 2100 apartment units
+ Using co-efficiency of typical floors: at least 80 %

1.1 Review of existing electrical system DPE
DPE should review the existing electrical system (based
on the data provided by Suncity PMU) in the proposed site
which serves as the basis for any improvements or new
design including the proposal of 22Kv medium voltage
supply for Suncity project (it is requested in the masterplan
report 1/500 because the 100kV/22kV transformer station
proposed by DPE is within the uncleared area).

1.2 Outdoor lighting supply: DPE

Infrastructure electrical report will include:
outdoor electric supply and lighting system (as regulated
by Vietnam Ministry of Construction, the technical
infrastructure facilities must include outdoor lighting)
1.3 Phasing: DPE
As requested by the Client, the proposed power supply for
the whole development must be phased in accordance
with construction phases, including 22kV MV system
transformer stations (i.e. 100/22kV station, distribution
station 22/0.4kV) and LV cable system 0.4kV to site works.
DTP recommended that the content should be raised
accordingly with samples in order to display electrical
system development corresponding with construction
phases (see enclosed Appendix)
1.4 Applicable codes and standards: DPE
Singapore/ Vietnamese codes and standards (name,
code) applicable for the electrical system design of above
mentioned project.
1.5 Time schedule: DPE
Detail M&E time schedule with work completion time. In
addition, DPE should clarify the design presentation and
pending time for local authority approval so that DTH and
Client can make proper recommendation.

2 Traffic system
2.1 DPE is recommended to comment the existing traffic
system, traffic features, vehicles of the areas and
anticipated vehicle types in the coming time.

2.2 DPE should specify estimated traffic circulation based on

traffic surveys carried out in similar projects in Vietnam or

Asian big cities.

2.3 Clearly explain PCU traffic analysis approach (which

standards to follow). What are applicable codes and
standards for traffic circulation as shown in proposed
conceptual report 1/500

2.4 Present in detail traffic distribution in the area. Accordingly,

propose a calculation method of road profile in order to
meet traffic circulation.

2.5 Present design schemes of traffic junctions at entrances

and exits of the project (including traffic flow analysis)

2.6 Present the estimate pavement and roadsides in the area.

2.7 Time schedule:

Specify time schedule and completion time.

3 Earthwork
3.1 Site evaluation:

DPE should make general review of existing site and

surrounding areas

3.2 Earth filling methods:

In order to clarify the site earthwork concept, DPE is

requested to present the general earth filling plan for the
whole project and separated plans for each phase. Clearly
explain the inter-relevance between the earthwork concept
and storm water drainage concept (ramp direction,
drainage network) as well as the buildability/feasibility in
each phase.

3.3 Drawings:

The content of earthwork drawings in the masterplan 1/500

in accordance with Vietnamese codes.

3.4 Time schedule:

Specify time schedule and completion time.

4 Stormwater drainage system

4.1 It is requested to review and evaluate the existing drainage
of the site and surrounding areas. In particular, culvert

routes (municipal drainage system) to which the project
discharging system is connected.

4.2 Present preliminary concept of drainage system, then

identify the stormwater drainage system of the whole site.
Point out how earthwork plan matches with development
phases.

4.3 Solutions to renovate the existing drainage system (if any)

to meet the exhaust water flow.

4.4 DPE is requested to specify applicable codes and

standards for stormwater flow calculation as in the
Concept materplan report 1/500. Clarify names, codes,
years of issuance, and countries of issuance?

4.5 Specify time schedule and completion time.
