General:
I have been involved in business with various roles & responsibilities on varied projects since
over 19 years, predominantly in the areas of project management. At present, working with
Turner and Townsend Private Limited (UK based multinational firm with presence in 60
country) as an ‘Associate Director’ and contributing to manage business across the country.
I am accomplished to perform at senior ranks in organization and my significant experience
provides me lot of bandwidth to take large role and manage the business in whole.
In past, I rendered my services with large geographical responsibility for a separate vertical in
project management business. In brief, I was responsible for overseeing large number of
projects of international repute/blue chip companies on pan India, wherein I was accountable for
project operations, revenues & profitability.
Technically, I am well versed with world class technical know-how and have got
tremendous exposure to wide spectrum of specifications and have got in depth
knowledge of complete lifecycle of projects hold different configurations.
I got opportunity to perform on various assignments of project management, cost management,
lead consultancy, due diligence, project monitoring & advisory for funds and been associated
with leading project management consultants, IPCs, big corporate house and other renowned
firms.
With this vast experience, I possess great potential and analytical skill to run business
operations and can deal with the multiplicity and different matrix of projects, where extensive
multidisciplinary coordination is needed on day to day basis.

 Project Managed in various sectors - Campus facilities and interior fit-out projects
for numerous MNCs, IT/ITES/BPOs facilities, International Banks, Insurance Co,
Data centre, Laboratories, Industrial projects, Hotel, Mall, Residential and
