    controls in its own rights or under agreement with the original owner thereof, all the rights for
    development and distribution of WOOLLENS BLANKET products worldwide. Whereas, the
    AGENT is an experienced business organization and quite influential in the local business
    community and is desirous of acquiring agent¶s rights in AUSTRALLIA for stocking, sales and
    promotion and cause the same to be promoted in the said area for the products, specified in

    Notwithstanding all of the foregoing, either Party may give the other Party notice in writing of its
    intention to commence bargaining with a view to amend the Agreement, not less than sixty (60)
    nor more than one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to June 30th, june 2010. Such
    notice shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
