PROJECT WELLNESS “Le Vie dell’Acqua”

“Le Vie dell’Acqua" is a project dedicated to all the structures that have as "Core business " the physical
comfort in all of his forms.

"Le Vie dell’Acqua" will take the audience to the discovery of all the products and the services that the
structure reserves to its clients, and also to all the novelties of treatments on the market, increasing the value
of the structure and services, and the personnel that "will cuddle" the client who will abandon himself in their
experienced hands.

The audience will be driven to the discovery of all the treatments made in a comfort center, with an eye of
respect also to the potential products developed by the same structure.

The trip will be integrated by several suggestions as what to eat to reach a good way of living emphasizing,
by experiences, the improvement of the quality of life.

The format, whose running time is 26' minutes, will be conducted by a woman that will receive the
treatments during the week end and will tell about them

To deepen various matters or the experiences several people, selected in advance, will be interviewed every
episode

The figures are:

One or more figures that tell about the historical-cultural aspect of the village (past and present);

A figure that tells about the natural itineraries, practicable both by foot and by bicycle;

One or more figures that makes the treatments (massages, face and body treatments face and so on), and
meanwhile talk about the effectiveness of the same.

A figure that gives some practical suggestions on the diet to follow and products to eat to keep healthy and in
shape, and meanwhile will cook those suggested dishes

A figure that tells us the history of the comfort center and talk about all the treatments offered; that will give
an overall view of the place.

CONTENTS OF SINGLE EPISODES

The contents of every single episode will be the followings:

- Initials (graphics);

- The conductor arrives at the comfort center, interviews a character that will suggest the best comfort
itinerary of the center;

- N° 3 treatments, separated in 2 days, (massage / hydro-massage and runs comfort launches / treatment face
etc.) –

- Walk in the village, where a character will tell us the history and characteristics;

- Walk or bike run in the nature, where a character will tell us the territorial and environmental
characteristics of the place;
- Lunch or dinner in the village with a choice of a typical light dish, that the chef will cook us in video;

GRAPHICS

The episode will be correlated from a graphic plant that individualizes:

- Initials of Head

- Geographical position of the visited village

COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION

The select channels are variegated:

MOBY TV:

a young and different tv, present where our tiredness and our frustrations usually come out, therefore on bus
and subways.

The select cities are Rome and Milan, the subways for excellence. In 2005, has been conducted a survey of
opinion with the purpose to quantify the level of pleasure and understanding of Moby. The survey developed
by the Field Service S.p.To. has underlined a percentage of pleasure of 94,9%, besides the 89.7% of the
customers of the public transport judges interesting the contents of the planning of Moby, confirming the
utility of the channel.

Daily spaces of the duration of 15 seconds will be purchased and in which will be represented in the best
way the format "Le Vie dell’Acqua", with a recall to the internet site www.leviedellacqua.com;

the purchased spaces will be in a time slot called Base + First Times, that include 18 hours of planning

Rome: 900 buses (1800 screens) 45 trains subway (lines A and B) 1980 screens

The volume of people owning a ticket and travelling every day in Rome has been certified by the ATAC in
2.160.000 people a day.

The spaces will be purchased for a duration of 4 weeks, distributed in different months.

TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION:

The television distribution will be submitted to the Running TV International, www.runningtv.it, society
leader of the distribution of audiovisual products on the Italian and foreign territory, with a capillary net that
includes channels both on the terrestrial digital base and on satellite

They will be individualized around 40 private channels of band mediate / tall in the Italian terrestrial digital
panorama and some channels in Canada and in South America.

The television appointments, dates and times can be found on the internet site in a dedicated section
SITE INTERNET:

A site devoted internet, so that to be able to leave the choice to the spectator or to the curious one of whether

structure to thin promotional on his own site internet.

COSTS

The cost of realization of a single episode is Euro 10.000, and the production will directly be realized on the
place, without the need of an assemblage in Italy.

There are more obviously anticipated packets and discounts for the realization episodes, or of episodes
realized in collaborations with corporate body or third.
